Fat Tuesday Just Got Tiny: Tiny Pies’ Specialty Mini King Cakes Are Back for Mardi Gras!

Mardi Gras celebrations are in full swing at Tiny Pies, and we're thrilled to bring back our crowd-favorite mini King Cakes.  A modern twist on the traditional King Cake, Tiny Pies’ version delivers all the fun and festivity of the Big Easy in a perfectly portioned, individual serving.

King Cakes are a centuries-old tradition tied to Mardi Gras and Epiphany, symbolizing the arrival of the three kings to visit baby Jesus. Traditionally, a King Cake is a sweet, circular pastry decorated in gold, green, and purple—the official colors of Mardi Gras, representing power, faith, and justice. The hidden baby inside the cake brings good fortune to the person who finds it, along with the honor of hosting the next celebration. Tiny Pies’ mini King Cakes keep this cherished tradition alive while adding a modern twist perfect for individual indulgence.

Each Tiny Pies mini King Cake is dusted with festive gold, green, and purple sprinkles, staying true to the vibrant Mardi Gras spirit. And, of course, it wouldn’t be a King Cake without the traditional baby figurine— on the side for an added touch of fun!

Pre-order Your Tiny Taste of the Big Easy. Starting February 6, customers can pre-order these specialty mini King Cakes for pickup, delivery, or nationwide shipping. Here's how to get your hands on them:

  • Local Austin Customers: Order individually through Feb 28 at 5pm for pickup or delivery on March 2nd - 4th.

  • Nationwide Customers: Order between February 19–28 and choose an arrival date of February 19, 20, 21, 26, 27, or 28.

Whether you're throwing a Mardi Gras bash, indulging in a solo celebration, or sharing a sweet moment with loved ones, Tiny Pies’ mini King Cakes are the perfect way to say "laissez les bons temps rouler" (let the good times roll).
