Summer Pie Socials: Blackberry Pie

We'll admit it - we've been busy bees this summer.  We completed our very first Peach Fest (Thank you, hill country!) and successfully fried our very first pie! Not to mention, we are officially halfway through our inaugural Summer Pie Socials series at our South Lamar shop!

5% of our sales from Thursdays this summer helps single mothers join the workforce.

Each Thursday through July, we are partnering with local Austin businesses to combine ingredients and bring a unique, limited run pie flavor, available at our pie shops in Austin, Texas.  The best part? 5% of sales from each Summer Pie Social Thursday goes to support Jeremiah Program.  

So far, we've gone soda with Maine Root, sweet and savory with Good Flow and Antonelli's Cheese Shop, then straight bourbon Texas with Garrison Brothers Distillery.

Violet Crown Blackberry Pie - A pairing of fresh blackberries and Austin Winery's Voilet Crown (Texas High Plains fruit; blend of Tempranillo, Cab, & Syrah) in a flaky butter crust. Available starting July 12th.
