Pumpkin Cheesecake: For those who want a full-size dessert centerpiece, our spiced pumpkin cheesecake will not disappoint. Baked in a graham-cracker crust, topped with fresh whipped cream and cinnamon, our 9-inch “Not So Tiny” version serves 6-8 and brings richness with the comfort of pumpkin spice.

• For the Pumpkin Chai tiny pies: Serve cold. 

• For the Pumpkin Cheesecake: Chill until just before serving, garnish with a cinnamon stick or freshly grated nutmeg, and let guests take a moment to admire it before slicing.
