Tiny Pies® Shipping Policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping at Tiny Pies®. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Domestic Shipping Policy
All orders are shipped Monday-Thursday. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
To ensure freshness of our pies, we ship overnight for shipments outside of Texas and ship Ground to arrive in one day within Texas. Shipments may be delayed due to weather conditions and circumstances out of our control.
Tiny Pies® packages items with dry ice in coolers to maintain its safety and freshness. Most of the time, the dry ice will have melted before your package arrives. However, please be cautious when opening the package and do not touch dry ice with your bare hands as it could burn your skin.
While there are many things we do to mitigate the risk of shipping fresh and frozen food around the country, there are unfortunately some things outside of our control like the weather and transit delays once the package is in the hands of FedEx, UPS or USPS. As such, the shipping guidelines published on this website are not guarantees of a shipping or arrival date.
Tiny Pies® is unable to guarantee time of delivery, as this is all subject to the local carrier. Most carriers will deliver packages anytime between 8am-8pm. If you are placing an order for a time-sensitive event, we recommend placing your order early and scheduling it to arrive before your event. A majority of our products can be frozen or refrigerated upon arrival to preserve freshness. Please look for a “safe handling instruction” card inside your order for more details.
Tiny Pies® is not responsible for delays in transit caused by high package volume, weather, mechanical error, strikes, natural disasters, terrorism safety control, local carrier mis-scans or inaccurate/incomplete shipping information, and we do not require a signature for the release of any shipment. Leaving a package at an address is ultimately up to the complete discretion of the individual delivery person and is therefore entirely outside our control.
Tiny Pies® does not require a signature for the delivery of most of its packages.
Customers are responsible for checking that all shipping information is correct before submitting an order as well as in their order confirmation email. If you need to modify the delivery address once your order has shipped, a $19 address change processing fee will apply to your order. Once an address modification is requested, carriers require one business day to process the change, which may delay the package. Tiny Pies® is not responsible for delays in transit caused by address modification. If transit delays impact a timely delivery, your pies may be “expired” upon receipt and Tiny Pies® is not responsible for this loss.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated through Goldbelly and displayed at checkout. Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii via overnight will incur an additional charge.
We will ship via UPS of FedEx
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
Tiny Pies® ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Tiny Pies® is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Tiny Pies® is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim and we recommend that you take photos with your smart phone to document the damage.
International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside the U.S. We ship via UPS or FedEx We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
There are no returns, refunds or cancellations allowed on any orders that have shipped.
